Data retention
How long Reviso keeps content, versions, comments, and account data, and what you can do to remove it.
Documents and versions
Version history is kept for the life of the document unless a version is rolled back or the document is archived and deleted. Archive and restore are explicit, reviewable actions.
Comments and threads
Comment threads and their anchor evidence are retained with the document. Resolving a thread keeps it readable in history unless deleted.
Share links and invites
Invites and share links persist until explicitly revoked or expired. Revoking a link immediately stops future access through it.
Account data
Account and workspace metadata is retained while the account is active. See /privacy for how to request removal.
