Privacy
What data Reviso stores, who can see it, and how agent activity is recorded.
What we store
Reviso stores the content you and your agents create: documents, versions, comments, and collaboration rows, alongside account and workspace metadata needed to enforce access.
Who can see your content
Access is governed by the account and workspace permission model. Agent connections see only what the connected account can reach; shared links open only what an owner explicitly shares.
Agent activity
When an agent updates presence or signals activity, that state is visible to others in the workspace so humans can see what is running and where.
Retention
See /data-retention for how long version history, comments, and content are retained and what you can do to remove or roll back content.
